ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

  • Increased muscle tone in the legs, back, arms, and deep support muscles of the pelvis, the pelvic floor and transverse abdominals (T.A.) This can assist with labor and delivery.
  • Better circulation of your blood and lymph to help prevent leg cramps and varicose veins.
  • Balanced Flexibility with the ever changing hormones in the muscles, joints and, ligaments. Some places need more stabilizing, and some need to loosen up.
  • Help with keeping you upright to avoid forward head posture with a sway back. This means less back, neck, and shoulder pain.

POSTNATAL BENEFITS

Strengthens abs correctly so they go back where they started and then some! Many woman train the outer muscles first and wonder why they never loose their mummy tummy.

Stretch and strengthen chest and back muscles. They become your upper core sandwich and unfortunately, it can become out of balance. The front gets overly tight, especially with breast and bottle feeding, and the back gets weak. Both can hurt the same but for different reasons. A little support here can help you to look forward to feeding sessions. The low back and legs also needs length and strength, usually length before strength.
