Private training (one-on-one)
Private training sessions begin with an initial consultation where an individual program is designed to meet your needs and goals. This program will address any injuries, weaknesses, chronic pain, or tightness, as well as aesthitic concerns you may have.
SEMI-Private training (2-3 students)
This is a great way to workout with a friend. It is preferred to find 2-3 clients at the same fitness level. New clients are welcome to learn the essential pilates fundamentals in this format that could then progress to a class.
beginner and back pain classes (4-6 students)
Experience the therapeutic benefits of pilates core stability work that emphasizes the smaller muscles that support your spine from the inside out. Often times the wrong muscles are overworking which can create imbalances and lead to pain. This class includes spinning as a warm-up and ends with yoga and lasts 55 minutes.
intermediate reformer classes (4-6 students)
Enjoy this intensive and powerful workout for the intermediate student. A faster paced class providing an invigorating core workout while building total body strength, cardiovascular endurance, and deep flexibility. This class begins with spinning as a warm-up and ends with yoga and lasts 1 hour and 10 minutes.
