SPINNING

This exciting cardiovascular training program utilizes motivation, mental training, and upbeat music to get your legs moving and your heart and adrenaline pumping. Geared to accommodate both the novice and veteran exercisers as both a warm up and as interval training throughout the pilates fitness workout. We realize that our pilates clients desired more cardio training and we knew that the spinning bikes would be a perfect combination.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

This form of training includes stability ball, medicine balls, kettle bells, TRX system, plyometrics and outdoor speed training. Clients often choose this modality of exercise to target specific sports movements, rehab injuries or simply to emulate life's daily movements with the goal of being "functional". This format can be ideal for particapants seeking to learn at the Studio and train at-home. Our boot camp takes functional training, in a group setting, out doors. Call for details.
