Can't live without it!
After just 5 weeks of Pilates at Agility Studios, I am committed! I am already seeing significant improvement in my posture and muscle tone. I missed two sessions over the Thanksgiving holiday and guess what?? That nasty neck pain and migraine returned. This is a wonderful studio and the instructor is very caring and positive. Thank you!
Training with Agility Studio
I love pilates classes at Agility Studio. I started taking classes there due to my back problems; Rana, the instructor and owner of the studio guides you through core strengthening exercises while being mindful of any injuries you may have. Few sessions later my back pain was gone. Few moths after that I took prenatal classes with Rana. These did wonders for me; I felt great, I was in a good shape throughout my pregnancy and no back pain!!! and I am sure it also contributed to my very swift delivery. Taking pilates classes after delivery helped me get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and get those stubborn tummy muscles working again. I couldn't do it without Rana's help and support. Thank you Rana.
Fantastic Pilates Experience
I have been taking Pilates at Agility studio for almost 3 years. Rana Kennedy, who is the owner and one of the trainers, is one of the most dedicated and caring trainers I have ever worked with. After 3 years, I still look forward to each class or private session that I take. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and caring at this studio. I would highly recommend this studio and Rana to anyone who is interested in Pilates or fitness.

I have been doing Yoga and Pilates for the last 4 years at Agility Studio; from the beginners class all the way to the advance class, doing Pilates and Yoga has helps me tremendously in my normal life, my life style has change, my body is looking great, I feel with so much energy all the time. I also have done the pregnant pilates class at the studio as well, this class was great it helped me to be on shape through all my pregnancy and of course it was much easier at the time of delivery. I like the classes because each class is so differently; Rana the instructor has like over 30 years of experience I know she constantly educating herself with new training and always learning new things to make sure her students learn, enjoy and get the results that we all want.
